SHOW FORMAT FOR "POLITICALLY SPEAKING WITH DOUG BIRK

                                                   SATURDAYS  1-2 PM

I. Call To Order—Introduction.  The gavel comes down and we set the theme and agenda for the week’s show.

II. “Face to Face”—In this segment, we will interview special guests who play an important role in Wright County politics.  Occasionally, we might host debates and spotlight individuals who have played an important role in Wright County’s political past.

III. “Point of Personal Privilege”— A short individual commentary on news and political events affecting Wright County.

IV. “Roll Call”—Every week we will interview Wright County residents and ask for their views and opinions on political events.  

IV. “Previous Question”—Trivia.  If you know the answer, call the station at 682-4444.  The week’s winner will have the option of opening the gavel at the next week’s show.

V. “Filibuster”—At the end of each show, our listeners will have the opportunity to call the show and state their opinions on political news or ask questions of the host.  It is your opportunity to be heard.

VI. “Adjournment”—Closing.  We will highlight the show for the upcoming week.
